The Advisory & Corporate Finance division will aim at participating in the principal risk of transactions at an acceptable risk-to-return ratio. The unit will be structured in the following areas of specialisation; (IT); financial services; media, leisure and education; telecommunication; oil and energy; retail and consumer goods. The rationale for the establishment of these units is to expand and multiply the skills base to secure and increase deal flow, to create critical mass in market where it is developing real advantage in assuming risk for profit, and develop individual with these unit to assume dedicated and focus responsibility for specific transactions.

MERGERS, ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSALS
Glorygate Capital will provide specialist advice to companies engaged in mergers and/or acquisitions. The Company’s advice will include:
- Target identification;
- Co-ordinating the work of advisers in the course of the due diligence investigation
- Determining the optimal transaction and funding structure;
- Raising the requisite finance for acquisition and
- Negotiating the terms of purchase or sale and related shareholders’ and ancillary agreements.

STRUCTURED TRADE FINANCE
Senior management has extensive experience in negotiation and placing structured trade finance facilities.
Typical facilities will be backed by a variety of assets including receivables generated from sale of minerals and metals (e.g., electricity and telecoms settlements).
Using structured finance products, we develop funding solutions for our clients that are relevant for their specific needs.
