Glorygate’s Board is independent from management and free from any relationship which could materially interfere with the exercise of their independent judgment. It is the company’s policy to have independent board of directors in the company. The board comprises a majority of non-executive directors that meet quarterly to ensure full and effective control over the company is retained and to monitor the performance of the executive management. The board has the overall responsibility of the business strategies, objectives and policies of the company.

The Directors have been carefully chosen to ensure a wide variety of skills and experience that allow independent judgment and opinions during deliberations and decisions.

The Board meets periodically and within this meetings maintain contact with management. It has formally adopted a schedule of matters required to be brought to it for decision, thus ensuring that it maintains full and effective supervision over appropriate strategic, financial, operational and compliance issue. These matters include:

  • The maintenance of clear investment objectives and risk management policies,
  • The monitoring of the business activities of the Company ranging from comparable investment performance through to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.

There is an agreed procedure for independent professional advice. If necessary, at the Company’s expense. The Directors also have access to advice and services of the Company Secretary through its appointed representative who is responsible to the Board for ensuring the Board procedures are followed and that applicable rules and regulations are complied with.

The Directors are provided, on a regular basis, with key information on the Company’s policies, regulatory and statutory requirements and internal financial controls. Changes affecting the Directors’ are advised to the Board as they arise.
To enable the Board to function effectively and allow Directors to discharge their responsibilities, full and timely access have been given to all relevant information. In the case of Board Meetings, this consists of comprehensive set of papers, including Management review, and discussion documents regarding specific matters.

Mrs. Francisca Nyamekye Karikari



Mrs. Francisca Nyamekye Karikari is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glorygate Capital and currently Partner/ Managing Director of Liberty Insurance Brokers(LIBRO). Glorygate is established as an Investment Advisory firm under the Securities Industry Law PNDCL 333. The business model is to carry out the business as a Fund Manager, and offer Corporate Finance Advisory Services, Real Estate Investment and Pension Fund Management.

As an accomplished top financial player, she has created a number of avenues for Ghanaian women entrepreneurs to grow and develop. Mrs. Karikari has devoted some quality time to women development and the platforms created have been quite successful in providing some solutions for small businesses owned by women in Ghana. Mr. Awidi Reindorf D’niro Josiah

Investment Officer


Reindorf is currently the AML/CFT Compliance and Reporting (AMLRO) as well as the Investment Officer of Glorygate Capital Ltd. Reindorf has a major in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, passed all papers from the Securities Industry Professional Courses.
Reindorf’s core role is to safeguard the operational integrity of Glorygate’s policies, procedures, internal controls in conformity to applicable legislation and regulatory requirements. Reindorf is an avid reader and football fanatic. He often spends the weekends analyzing economic news.

Ms. Blessing Siaw-Wiafe

Accounts Officer


Blessing is the accounts officer of Glorygate Capital Limited. She is a result driven individual with strong accounting and financial skills. Blessing has a personality that promotes the development of a good rapport with clients since customer satisfaction is one of our core values as a company.
She studied Business Administration (Accounting Option) at the University of Ghana Business School and currently in Level 2 of the ICAG Exams. Blessing is licensed by the Security and Exchange Commission as a Fund Manager’s Representative. Blessing has had series of internships with Pannel Kerr Foster among others. Currrently, Blessings role at Glorygate Capital is to ensure proper book keeping records, and financial management.



Glorygate is established as an investment advisory firm under the Securities Industry Law PNDCL 333 to carry out the business as a fund manager and offer corporate finance advisory services.
